The release of the trailer for Ajith Kumar’s Vidaa Muyarch, which was more than two weeks after the scheduled date, has proven to be worth the wait. The traiker shows a lot more nativity and gives greater insight to the story and characters.
The film features Ajith Kumar, Trisha, Arjun, Regina Cassandra, Arav and Ramya Subramanian and is written by Magizh Thirumeni, a former apprentice to Selvaraagavan and Gautham Vasudev Menon.
The teaser, which released on 01 December last year, generated huge interest although it was released without much fanfare.
The release today of the trailer happened in much the same way. The producers have obviously decided to take advantage of Ajith Kumar dominating news headlines for the past week and hope to capitalise on this attention.
Regular readers of Sigaram would know the background to the sudden withdrawal of Vidaa Muyarchi from the Pongal release, so it comes as no surprise that the trailer was released by Sun Pictures and not Lyca Productions.
Vidaa Muyarchi will now release worldwide on 06 February 2025.
