Tamannaah Bhatia was born in Mumbai on 21 December 1989. After making her debut in Hindi, Tamannaah’s third film was the Tamil Ravikrishna starrer, Kedi, closely followed by a role opposite S.J. Surya in Vyabari.
After her critically acclaimed role in Kalloori and notable roles in Netru Indru Naallai (opposite Ravikrishna) and Padikaadhavan (opposite Dhanush), she enjoyed a superhit opposite Suriya in K.V. Anand’s directorial, Ayan.
She then went on to have a very successful spell with numerous hit films opposite many of the leading actors from the north and south. This list included Ajithkumar, Vijay, Karth, Ravi Mohan, Vijay Sethupathi, Prabhu Deva, Vikram, Udhayanidhi Stalin, Sundar C and Bharath. She also appeared in the picturisation of the hit song Kaavaalaa from Rajinikanth’s Jailer.
Tamannaah remains in demand as an actress in the Hindi film field. She currently has five Hindi films on hand in various stages of shooting.
Tamannaah turns 36 today.
